My experience as a Loan Signing Agent began in 2008. However, I didn't continue because the time that was required to be successful conflicted with my full-time position as a Credit Specialist with JPMorgan Chase Bank. During my 22-year employment, I was responsible for coordinating loan closings for commercial and individual customers as well as communicating with underwriters and bankers. Presently, I have decided to end my JPM career and to transition to that of a Loan Signing Agent. My extensive background in loan documentation is an asset when it comes to handling closings as a Signing Agent. Also, I completed additional training through the Loan Signing System and National Notary Association and have passed their certifications process. I can successfully perform signings for the various type of loan closings, i.e., refinances, seller, buyer, HELOC and reverse mortgages. Finally, I pay attention to the finer details and will perform flawless loan signings in an efficient manner. I look forward to working with you for our mutual success.
