Hello, I am a NNA Certified and Fidelity Approved - Notary Signing Agent. I’m bonded and hold over $1M in E&O insurance. I’ve closed on over 900+ loans and pat great attention to detail. I specialize in Refinances, HELOC's, Buyer/Seller Package, Reverse Mortgages, and Loan Modifications.

I train new NSA's in the evenings as well as conduct General Notary Work when requested. I have an understanding of the role that everyone plays in the Loan process, which has taught me the importance of the Signing Agent’s role. It is my responsibility to read the Notary Instructions, verify the borrowers ID and get all the required signatures, initials, and dates.

I double check the documents prior to leaving the table to ensure that I don't have to make a return trip! I NEVER use the FedEx or UPS drop boxes when returning documents - It only took me 1 time to realize that is never a good idea. I always hand them to the store employee and get a receipt. I am truly a Mobile Notary as I have both a printer and scanner in my car so I'm always ready to take a signing or reprint docs if necessary.
