My experience includes traditional buyers files, traditional sellers files, traditional refinance, split signings, home equity lines of credit (Heloc), veteran loan signings- VA signings, reverse mortgages, and closings with POA language, trust language, and LLC language. I'm located near a Fed Ex warehouse with a cut off time of 8:30pm c.s.t. meaning that I can take signings as late as 6:00 pm and still mail in time for next day arrival, pending scanbacks.
