My objective is to represent the Escrow officer, Loan Agent, Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Agent, Title Company, and Signing Service (if used) in completing the required notarial acts in a professional and courteous manner. I understand the different package documents and how they read and if required, I can guide the Borrower or Seller through their documents.

If there are documents which may require additional information to complete, I will assist your client in completing them. Documents which may required guidance are the PCOR, 539-C OR E, W-9 etc. Way to often the LSA is given a negative reputation in that they don’t fully understand their role in this function.
