My name is Melody “Mo” Keithley, and I am the owner of The Happy Signing Agent, LLC. I started The Happy Signing Agent, LLC to provide quality signing services to title companies, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and buyers and sellers involved in real estate transactions.

I am commissioned and licensed in the State of Indiana to facilitate loans closings. I am certified and background screened by the National Notary Association, and I carry $1 million in Errors and Omissions insurance.

I cover 17 counties in Central and South-Central Indiana, and I will meet the signers wherever is best for them – I am happy to complete signings at office locations, homes, or public locations.
