Recently left the Mortgage Industry where I had over 30 years of residential mortgage lending experience including processing, and underwriting. Communication and attention to detail are my strengths. I am very knowledgeable with Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan types. My experience includes purchase transactions, refinances, home equity loans, IHCDA Bond loans and reverse mortgages. In my career I have participated in hundreds of loan closings. I have the expertise to walk borrowers through their loan signing and navigate any questions they have about documents. I am happy and willing to accommodate signings outside of my work hours.
