As a signing agent I go over all documents to ensure that they are all filled out and that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and precise. I very rarely will make mistakes cause however if there is one i will stop anything to make sure it will be fixed and returned ASAP. I ensure that all documents in a timely manner and i am also aware of my fed ex drop off times.
