I have been in the mortgage industry since 1983. I serviced mortgages for a very long time at First Indiana Bank in Indianapolis, IN. I have been a Mobile Notary Signing Agent since 2003. I pride myself on conducting signings that are very pleasant and professional, always putting the signers at ease, and ensuring a high degree of accuracy. I have a great deal of experience with Refinances, Disclosure Signings, Purchases, HECMs, Structured Settlements, and Debt Settlements. I have an Epson DS-560 scanner, and a total of 4 dual tray professional printers. (I believe in having redundancy!) I am also an animal lover, which also helps at closings with signers who have pets!
