I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost numerous problems for everybody involved in the mortgage transaction. I double and triple-check my work to ensure that no signatures, dates, or initials are missed. I make sure that all forms are completed properly and entirely. If there is a form that I am not familiar with I will always verify with title to make sure that it is completed correctly. Most signers work a first shift 9-5 schedule. To accommodate their schedule, I am available to meet the signer in the afternoon, evening, late at night, or first thing in the morning before their workday. I am also available on weekends. I always arrive timely and professionally dressed for each signing. I consider weather and traffic to guarantee on-time arrival. I understand that I must be impartial, but not uneducated. I am knowledgeable of the loan documents and capable of guiding the signer through the documents. I have a dual tray printer always print on legal and letter size and will scan back any signing that requires it. I service central Indiana and all surrounding counties.
