I conduct a triple QC check to ensure that all documents have been signed, initialed, and stamped according to instruction, while at the signing table. I maintain a fastidious commitment in providing; prompt communication, integrity, punctuality, professionalism, an expedited process, and extensive knowledge of all loan documents, to ensure closing excellence. I own a laptop, and Brother dual tray laser printer/scanner for printing mobility, in case there are updates or revisions. I am able to present signers documents in a knowledgeable manner, without offering any legal advice. I understand the importance of following instructions, keeping up to date on current state laws, and attaining lifelong education/training.

I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Political Science/Pre-Law, with a minor in Public Administration. My most recent corporate role was as a Trainer for the Federal Government. Through processing countless, complex, government forms & educating employees on how to properly execute those documents, I have developed a diplomatic and dynamic skillset, applying accuracy, completeness, efficiency, and critical thinking, to problem solving, and customer service. I understand the importance of maintaining impartiality, and engaging proper communication channels at all times.

I’m light-hearted, like travel, enjoy meeting people, and love to smile. It takes a Courteous Closer, to tap into empathy and compassion, while striving to build long lasting business relationships. I meet people when they are amid life’s most important decisions. Sometimes, those are the best days of their lives, with wedding certificates, adopting children, or, home purchases/refinances. On other days, I may meet people and their families at hospitals, jails, or hospice centers for signings taking place under dire circumstances. Helping others is where I have found my passion, not only as a Signing Agent, but, also as a Courteous Closer.

I make every effort to quickly put signers at ease by concisely explaining how their closing process will flow, from start to finish. I am an animal lover, which enables a quick rapport with signers who also have pets! My goal is to assist as many people as I can, in providing them with a smooth, professional, friendly, error-free loan closing.
