I am available to conduct all residential and commercial loan closings types including, purchase, refi, sellers, HELOC, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, debt and structured settlements. I have the following certifications: National Notary Association Signing Agent, Notary Essentials, Notary2Pro Elite Signing Agent. I also hold a valid Indiana Title Producers License.

I carefully adhere to the National Notary Association standard of conduct as well as the regulations governing notaries in the State of Indiana.

With more than thirty years working in the corporate sector, I bring to my notary assignments a full understanding of the importance of professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and respect for all persons and their private information.

With full mobile capabilities to print, scan, and email on site, printing last minute documents and providing timely scan backs are no issue.

Respect for client's culture and home are very important. If clients prefer, I am happy to meet at an alternate location other than their home i.e. restaurant, library, church.
