I am bonded, NNA Certified, E&O Insured, and hold a Title Producers License. I currently service loan signings and general notary work. I have 7 years of title insurance experience which includes reviewing/preparing title policies, recording loan documents, searching public records, submitting tax payments to the assessor's office, and communicating with lenders.
