I have been a signing agent since 2012 and have serviced over 1,500 closings in that time. I attempt to provide the highest quality of service to each and every service I complete. This is achieved by reviewing all packages prior to the closing, when possible for any print issues and reviewing every package at the table, to ensure as few errors as possible. A few extra minutes before the closing and at the table has decreased errors to about 1% over the last 2 years. Living near a FedEx Ship Center allows me to drop packages up to 9:00 pm. That ensures that even some of your late signings can still be delivered the next day.
