Because of this, my fees are at the top, competitive, and reflects my work ethic. I live by the saying, "you get what you pay for". I expect to receive payment NO LATER than 30 days maximum. I service 16 counties in Central Indiana. My time is very valuable and my fees reflect that. All borrowers are provided with a blank copy of all documents. ID's are scanned using Microsoft Office 365 on my phone and then printed in color to be returned with the package. All packages are printed using 24lb 98 bright paper. FEDEX/UPS Poly Paks are used for shipping documents back. In the event I am handling a split signing and I am the 1st notary, duplicate signature pages will be sent to along with extra ink pens to use so that ALL ink is the same throughout the package.
