I am a certified Loan Signing Agent through the Loan Signing System and through the NNA. I operate out of Northwest Indiana and my goal is to make sure that the borrower has a great experience with the loan signing and that everything is correctly and completely filled out. I know how to correctly fill out a PCOR and a Notice of Right to Cancel. I have been trained in all aspects of loan signings, but if a mistake is made, I will make it my number 1 priority to fix it immediately. I also understand the urgency of getting the loan documents returned. I will make sure that the documents are completely filled out and sent that same day.
