I have assisted mortgage loan closings including Conventional, FHA, VA, Reverse Mortgage, Reverse Mortgage applications, and HELOC. I have a Title Producers License, Bonded and Insured. I have a mobile scanner to provide scans as immediately after the signing appt is complete. I know where Fed Ex and UPS drop off locations are as well as when the last drop is. I strive for a perfect signing and drop off for every closing. In the event there is something that needs addressed after the signing, I respond and address as quickly as possible as I do not want to delay the completion of the transaction for anyone involved.
