I'm a graduate of Notary2Pro's NSA course and Reverse Mortgage course. I have a twenty mile base travel radius from my home city (Ames, 50010) and dual-tray printing capability. I am TRID-Certified.
My base fee for a standard refi is $100.00
I take odd-hours signings and will travel farther for an additional charge.
I charge extra for fax-backs.
I prefer NOT to take last-minute signings OVER 50 pages.
