I have been a closing/signing agent since 2008. Prior to that I was a mortgage loan officer and trainer for over 14 years. I am versed in real estate transactions, and have completed hundreds of signings over the years with a quality signing experience and very few signing errors. I currently cover the Quad City area on the Iowa side of the Mississippi River. Will travel at least 60miles to accommodate signings as well.
