I am an NNA certified Loan Signing Agent or Notary Signing Agent (NSA) a specialized notary certified to handle mortgage documents in real estate transactions. I work in concert with banks, credit unions and or title companies to provide customers with a 1st class signing experience. I earned my credentials in December of 2019 updating the required credentials each year as required by state law and to keep up with industry standards. I am proficient in verifying the presence and accuracy of all documents necessary to close the deal. Verifying all parties understand the documents referring signers back to the loan officer with all their questions prior to setting the appointment to ensure they understand the documents and consent to the transaction. Only then will I begin to walk the signers through the documents page by page ensuring all required signatures, dates and initials have been collected to successfully close the deal.
