I am a notary with 8 years of experience. My primary job for the past two years has been conducting mortgage closings where I have conducted hundreds of closings for multiple lenders, as well as cash closings. My primary availability is M-F 4 PM-9 PM and anytime on weekends. I primarily cover Central Iowa (Des Mines, Urbandale, Grimes, Johnston, Clive, Altoona, etc) , West Central Iowa (West Des Moines, Waukee, Van Meter, Earlham, Stuart, Dexter, Dallas Center, Adel, etc), and South Central Iowa (Winterest, Norwalk, Cumming, Orilla, etc). With adequate notice, I am able to travel around Iowa as well.
