Responsibilities that include Loan Origination, Loan Processing, Underwriting, Loan Closing, and various notarial acts that have afforded me the exposure and experience needed to be an effective signing agent. I have experience with refinances, seller & buyers packages, POA, and modifications to name a few. I am equipped with a complete mobile office allowing last minute signings and immediate scanbacks. I am also NNA certified.
