I am NNA Certified and Background Screened Signing Agent, bonded and carry $25,000 E&O Professional Liability insurance. I'm a mobile notary that has five years of experience, I have notarized many home loans and refinance loans including VA loans and loans with Power of Attorney signatures. I also have experience serving debt notices and interior/exterior inspections as well as completing I-9 forms. I would like to branch out to commercial loan signings as well and get my real estate license at some point. I have a very friendly and outgoing personality and I am a professional that takes my job seriously. I take great pride in being confidential and will handle all documents with care taking my time to ensure all information is processed correctly. I am readily available outside of my profession and am willing to be available 24/7 in the months of June and July, part of August. I will travel up up to 25 miles as my set fee but will charge more if traveling an hour or more including a trip back to drop documents off at Fed Ex or UPS. If I have to travel over an hour from my home, that is when my fee raises. I also charge more for fax backs. Since I live in a rural area, I often have to travel to scan documents then travel back into the city to mail them at Fed Ex or UPS. Please note this when I ask for a fee increase since the travel between destinations is so far. I would like to bridge over to being a full-time notary after I've completed my teaching career.
