As of Dec. 2020, I have done 25-30 major loan signings, ie. refi, VA, Loan Mod. etc. I have completed and obtained certification from NNA and LSS Loan Signing System, and NSA Blueprint, of which I am a continuing education member. Also certified in NNA's Notary Essentials. I have a BA in English from U of KY, along with 25 years in sales. Past president of San Jose chapter of Toastmasters. Relocated to Kentucky 17 years ago.
