My name is Kevin, and I am a mobile and remote online notary public as well as a National Notary Association–certified Notary Signing Agent based in the heart of the horse capital of the world—Lexington, Kentucky. I am a commissioned Kentucky Colonel and currently semi‑retired, bringing a strong professional background in hospitality, banking, and security to my notarial work.

I operate my own business, Kevin’s Mobile Notary Service, where I prioritize accuracy, attention to detail, and professional representation—every time, without exception. With eight and a half years of experience and more than 10k completed traditional in‑person, RON, and IPEN loan closings, I am well‑versed in a wide range of residential loan products, including Conventional, FHA, and VA. My experience includes Refinances, Purchases, Loan Modifications, and HELOCs.

I have successfully completed assignments for both local and national companies such as Mortgage Connect, Signature Closers, Amrock, ServiceLink, Inspire Closing, and National Link. I am commissioned in Kentucky, bonded, background‑screened, and carry $1,000,000 in E&O insurance.

For in‑person signings, I typically travel up to fifty miles one way, serving Lexington–Fayette County and surrounding areas. I also perform remote online notarizations for clients in all 120 Kentucky counties.
