I am a Kentucky-commissioned Mobile Notary and a NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent with experience in both the field and within a title company, where I worked as an In-house Closer and then into Escrow. I have completed hundreds of signings, including full purchases, buyer and seller sides, refinances, HELOCs, loan modifications, and auto loans.

In addition to real estate transactions, I provide notary services for estate planning documents, general notary work, and field inspections. I am insured with $100,000 E&O coverage and certified to perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON) nationwide.

I primarily serve Fayette County. I do charge an additional service to Scott, Bourbon, Madison, Clark, Jessamine, and Woodford counties. I am willing to travel further, but I do request a higher travel fee to account for additional time and mileage.
