I first became a notary in 2004 while working for Chase Bank, in Lexington KY, in the Home Equity Department. My responsibilities were to correct mortgage documents that had been rejected by the county clerks office. I dealt with issues from all fifty states, and I am familiar with the documents, such as Mortgages, Loan Modifications, Rights to Cancel, Promissory Notes, etc. I have done signings for Refinances and Loan Modifications. I am very comfortable meeting customers, due to my 10 years of experience in sales.
