I have been closing loans in Kentucky for 20 years. In addition to closing loans in borrowers' homes I contracted with HSBC in 2003 to close loans in the Beneficial and Household Finance offices in the greater Lexington area. I maintained my relationship with HSBC until 2009 when all of their HFC and Beneficial offices were permanently closed. Currently I receive much of my work through Amrock, National Link, ServiceLink, Inspire Closing, Mortgage Connect and Signature Closers. I love the flexibility that this work provides and the pleasure of working with so many wonderful people. I accept assignments in the following counties: Fayette, Woodford, Scott, Anderson, Jessamine and Franklin.
