I am a certified member of the (NNA) National Notary Association, and I am a graduate of Notary2Pro and The Loan Signing Systems training course. I am very knowledgeable, experienced, and proficient with the buyer/seller packages, including REFI’s, FHA’s, VA, HELOC’s, POA’s, PCOR's, loan applications, loan modifications, etc. I have $100,000 E&O insurance and know the importance of professionalism, time management, and accuracy when it comes to closing with a borrower. The necessary equipment (scanner, dual printer, and laptop) is ready to go as a full-time mobile notary with a flexible schedule and last-minute appointments. Also, I’m available on holidays and weekends.

I will triple-check all documents for signatures, dates, and initials. A comprehensive summary of each document will be provided, in which more specific questions will be directed back to the Signing Service and/or Lender.

Each signer will receive 2 copies of the "Notice of Right to Cancel: and an appropriate explanation of the Recession Period. I also won't forget to have borrowers check the box on the 4506T above their signature.

Scan backs will be provided immediately after the appointment. My service is always in constant communication with the Signing Service and/or Lender from start to finish. Any mistakes or errors will be immediately rectified!
