My area is very rural and an address may indicate a parish I am not commissioned in however, the property my be in a parish that I can notarize in (example: Glenmora Address could actually be in Vernon or Allen Parish which I could do). Also if the customer could travel 7-10 miles to be within a parish that I am commissioned in.
