We have statewide jurisdiction, lifetime notary commission and excellent references. We offer personable, professional, dependable, and accurate notary and loan closing services, with professional demeanor and approachable in temperament.

We have yearly criminal background screenings and carry Errors and Omissions Insurance. We have worked and trained in many aspects of notarial law for Louisiana and we prepare all documents including mandates, power of attorney, auto title transfers, wills, trusts and more. We close VA applications and closings, HECM applications and closings, Refinances, Modifications, LOCs, FHA Closings, Purchases, I9s and Affidavits.

Our regular hours of service are Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm. Weekend, afterhours and additional services are available for an additional fee. Our customary travel distance is 60 miles within the 70737 zip code; however, additional travel and same day appointments may be accommodated. Scan/Faxback service is complimentary, up to 9 pages; additional faxback service is available for an additional fee.
