With my 12+plus years of customer service, I’ve learned the importance of taking care of people coupled with being prepared and knowledgeable and I can ensure that the borrower has a great experience.
I have studied a lot via the Loan Signing System with Mark Wells, became NNA certified, and continue to study because training is ongoing. I have become familiar with the PCOR and Grand Deeds and understand the importance of getting that correct as well as the Notice Right to Cancel. Double and triple checking work is also a necessity to ensure that all signatures, and initials are properly filled out.
I understand that mistakes happen and I know I can be accountable, and stop immediately to fix the problem.
I’m aware that documents have to be returned via FedEx and prompt delivery of those documents are a must. The loan signing process can be fast-paced, however, I do understand the need to have consistent communication for the security and proper execution of the signing.
