Louisiana-commissioned notary with 15+ years of real estate and property management experience. As a former realtor and current manager of 20+ properties, I bring deep understanding of real estate transactions, closing processes, and documentation requirements. I know what's at stake in every signing because I've been on the other side of these transactions for over a decade.
I have a 5 star rating on JOT and have been onboarded and completed several jobs for Bancserv leading to a direct relationship with a local title company.
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. My background managing complex projects, coordinating with multiple parties, and handling high-value transactions translates directly to signing agent work. I understand timelines matter, documents must be error-free, and borrowers deserve a smooth experience.
