I'm currently a full time legal secretary for a title company and two attorneys. I've worked in the industry for 22 years as an Escrow Assistant, Loan Processor, RON Notary and NNA Certified Signing Agent. I am bonded and insured. My reciprocal parishes are Caddo, Bossier, Webster, DeSoto, Claiborne and Bienville. My areas of expertise are all types of loan closings (refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and purchases), DMV forms, wills, healthcare directives, powers of attorney, and small Intestate successions. I live in Shreveport, Louisiana and will travel to anywhere within my reciprocal parishes. I also have the ability to scan loan funding documents directly to the lender from the closing table with my portable scanner and laptop/hotspot wifi. With proper advance notice, I'm available nights, weekends and holidays. I love what I do and I love helping people.
