I have been a notary since 1983 and have worked for an attorney and judge for the past 39 years. I have closed various types of loans including refinance and new home loans while working in a law office. In 1997 I began working for a district judge; however, I have continued to keep myself abreast of current laws and requirements for notaries by attending notary seminars. I have also continued to close loans after work hours for various signing companies. I also cover signings for reverse mortgage loans and applications, annuities, debt settlements, medical authorization forms and other legal documents. I am commissioned in the following parishes in NE Louisiana, to-wit: Franklin, Ouachita, Richland, Caldwell, East Carroll, West Carroll, Jackson, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Union, and Bienville. I am also commissioned to notarize in Catahoula and Caldwell Parishes as well. I have a current background check as well as Errors and Omission Policy.
