I have been a Notary since 1992 and have enjoyed officiating many marriages and document signings, in addition I have been an NNA Certified Notary signing agent for over 15 years and have experience in Reverse Mortgage signings and the Closing, Refinances, Loan Modifications, Debt Resolutions, Structured Settlements, Real Estate purchases, ID Verification, Business Inspections and auto loan documents, I enjoy visits to Assisted Living facilities, Nursing Homes and jails, not necessarily in that order. I'm available 24/7 if needed, holidays and weekends are usually no problem, I cover most all Counties in Maine, Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Cumberland, York, Oxford, Androscoggin and Franklin County, I traveled 6 1/2 hours to a few signings. I am also a Commissioner of Deeds (Notary) in New Hampshire. I'm not afraid of bad weather, dogs or children :-)
