I have been self employed since 1980 with various ventures, mortgage broker company and 24/7 restaurant, as well as time at a national lender as a loan processer and then a loan officer, so notary and loan closings were the next logical step. I have my Maine Notary Certificate as well as my NH Commissioner of Deeds. In Maine, I service York County and southern part of Cumberland County. In NH, I service parts of Rockingham County and Strafford County. I have closed loans for a wide variety of companies, lenders, title companies, signing companies and attorneys. All types of loans have been experienced, purchases, sales, refinances, reverse mortgages, debt consolidations, closing over 3600 loans including companies not listed here.. I have also dealt with wills, medical forms, poas and in Maine I also am allowed to perform marriages.
