Cynthia Dunn is a Settlement Officer and eligible to conduct Remote Online settlements and In-person loan and real estate closing. Cynthia has worked in the Washington, D.C. and Maryland public accounting, and settlement services communities for over 30 years. As a former certified public accountant, she previously served as the Director of Finance and Administration for several large organizations, and she has an in-depth understanding of real estate, finance, facilities, technology and accounting. She holds an Associate Real Estate Broker’s license and maintains continuing education requirements which provide additional insights. She has a passion for teaching and enjoys making transactions understandable and successful for all.
