If the location of the signing is over 20 miles from Baltimore City or 40 minutes plus drive time away from "Baltimore City" an extra fee will imply. My fees are negotiable. All things considered, the fee must be fair for my time, The amount of documents that need notarization ($4.00 per notarization, $2.00 per extra signature), The type of signing, The size of the loan package, The mileage to and from signing and Scanbacks or Faxbacks if required, also Fedex or UPS dropoffs.
