All I ask is that I receive all paperwork the latest 24 hours before the appointment time. It is only best to plan ahead of time. I will describe all lender loan documents to your client and I will make sure that everything is signed and notarized before I walk out the door. I will make sure I scan all the paperwork that is required by the lender immediately after the signing is complete.
