I'm a new notary. I am a Maryland Licensed Title Insurance Producer (TIPIC.) I am very knowledgeable with the documents and policies also with conducting loan closings. I am a member of National Notary Association having passed the exam and background screening. I am able to travel up to 30 miles to cover Dorchester County, Cambridge, Salisbury, Trappe, Saint Michaels and Chester, MD and surrounding areas, I might be able to travel farther for an additional fee. I have experience with people I have been a Certified CNA/GNA for over 10 years now so I interact with people daily. Meeting new people and communicating is not something new for me in this industry neither is verifying and documenting. It's great to meet new people and help them at the same time!
