I am an NSA, TPL, Notary Signing Agent, Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) since 2021, in good standing, in the State of Maryland. I'm registered with NNA, NSA, many title and signing companies, with a current background and up to date training. I am more than ready to meet your signing service needs with my superb customer service. I have the capabilities to print on the go with my mobile printer. In addition, I am equipped with a folding table and two folding chairs to meet any customer signing requests. My knowledge of the craft gives me the confidence I need to interact with my customers, of all diverse backgrounds. As a TPL I am trained to pay attention to details, special instructions, and have knowledge of the critical documents. Double checking all documents before leaving a signing is very important to have a successful and complete closing. I am always humbled when I receive compliments from my clients regarding the outstanding, flawless, and convenient service provided.
Because I am a full time NSA, in addition to my mobile printer, I have one HP Laser-Jet All-In-One Printer, and a Brother MFC-L3710CW All-In-One Laser Printer for your future and last-minute closing services. I cover the entire State of Maryland and fees are negotiable depending on the individual types of closings, distance, time, and weather conditions for each closing. However, local closings are standard fees for the area. While I am a mentor to many aspiring and new notaries in state and out of state, I mostly enjoy discovering how I can encourage and uplift others while challenging myself to becoming a better me every day!
