Hello, I am a Mobile Notary and Maryland Title Producer Independent Contractor, who completes closings in Prince George’s County, Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Montgomery County, Maryland. I have experience with refinance, HELOC, purchase, investment properties, and reverse mortgage closings. I have also notarized affidavits and POAs.
I am currently available to work closings on a flexible schedule. I am accustomed to instructing clients thoroughly and handling large amounts of paperwork. One of my priorities is to ensure that the documents are completed correctly so that there is no delay in the funding of the loan to the borrowers or lenders.
