I am a notary public (22 years), NNA certified notary signing agent and background screened. I am also a licensed Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) in the state of Maryland (4 years). I primarily serve cities in Baltimore County and Howard County.

I have experience with conducting many HELOC closings while previously employed with a financial institution for years. I have had in-depth training and continuing education courses on Refinance loans, Home Purchases, Reverse Mortgages, and Seller packages and am ready, willing, and able to get the job done.

My goal is to represent my clients well, as I am your eyes and ears at the table. With over two decades of customer service in the financial industry and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies, I understand that accuracy, time, and communication are three major components of each signing. As a result, I can quickly assess the room and adjust accordingly to both the environment and the signer as we navigate through the documents together.

I effectively communicate with my clients before, during (if the signer has questions), and immediately following each closing. I am adamant about staying current with notary training and continuing education courses to ensure error-free signings. However, if an error should occur, I make it my business to rectify the situation as expediently as possible.

My highspeed mobile scanner affords me the opportunity to quickly scan documents upon request. Once approval has been given, my top priority is to immediately take the documents to the designated shipping facility, understanding that a delay in shipment can have a negative impact on funding. From the initial call to the final receipt, it’s my goal to facilitate a seamless notary experience for all parties involved.
