I have a full background verification by the National Notary Association and a $1 Million dollar Errors & Omission insurance policy. I own two dual-tray laser printers (letter/legal) along with two scanners. One is for my office and the other for my vehicle. This makes me 100% mobile with the ability to handle last minute updates and changes.

Most of my closings take place in the comfort and convenience of the client's home. Closings can also occur in the settlement and real estate offices. In Maryland, I cover Carroll, Frederick, Howard, Montgomery and Washington counties. In Virginia, I cover Frederick, Clarke and Loudoun counties. I am also available for other counties as needed.
