I’m Emily the Mobile Notary Signing Agent in Maryland with a TIPIC license, NNA certification, and LSS certification. I serve Washington, Frederick, and Montgomery counties, but am able to travel outside that range as well to meet your needs. I have a complete mobile office – printer, scanner, laptop, phone – to make sure any last-minute documents or scan backs are readily available. My goal is to make your job as easy as possible, from consistent communication to met deadlines to professional representation and more.

I have training experience through the National Notary Association and Loan Signing System and continue to attend weekly trainings to enhance my ability to best serve you and your clients.
