If hired as the notary signing agent, I will ensure that the borrowers have a professional signing experience. I am very meticulous about loan documents being properly completed to ensure that there are no missing signatures, dates, and initials. I also thoroughly check important forms like the Notice of the Right to Cancel and 1003 loan application to ensure that they are filled out properly.

I have experience with performing Refinance, Seller, and Purchase loan closings. I am also Loan Signing System (LSS) and National Notary Association (NNA) trained and certified to perform HELOC and Reverse Mortgage loan closings. In the rare event that I make a mistake, I will stop what I am doing, take full accountability, and fix it as soon as possible.

I will return the documents as soon as the signing appointment is complete and I will stay in communication with you throughout the entire process.
