I want to work with you! I live in Lusby Maryland and will cover a 15-25 mile radius to include most of St. Mary's and Calvert County's. This radius gives me a better opportunity to prepare the documents for the presentation for our clients and then to get back to the office to get those documents scanned back immediately.
*I received my commission last year (2023).
*I studied to become a LSA utilizing training from The NNA and Training Exchange. I passed my TIPIC exam for Maryland and received my license.
*I am a member of Notary Stars for mentorship and continued training.
*I am also a member of the National Notary Association (NNA) where I trained and passed the NSA exam.
The NNA along with Notary Stars offer RON training in which I am utilizing as well to extend services to those that may need remote notarial services.
I am not stopping there, I have also joined on Notary2pro taking the Elite Course to gain additional training while promoting my services for my area currently. Since getting my commission I have performed POA's, retirement documents, and loan modification documents. I am eager to begin signings in my area to include loan packages and refinance packages.
I left my full-time job in healthcare to become a star LSA in my area and work for myself. Needless to say, I have a lot on the line and want to succeed and provide elite services to the clients, lenders, and title company's. I aim to be a successful notary and loan signing agent in my community. It would be my pleasure to serve my community and gain hands on experience in this field.
