I am a commissioned and background screened Notary in the State of Maryland and a MIA Licensed Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC). Licensed in 2021. I am a retired Federal Government Information Technology Assistant Director, with 25 years of service. In addition, I am former Real Estate Agent, last licensed in Virginia.

As a former Real Estate Agent, I realize that fulfilling commitments honestly and efficiently is paramount in successfully meeting the needs and requirements of potential buyers. Having the ability to react positively in difficult situations is also a valuable trait. I am an organized problem solver with a great work ethic and an engaging personality. Paying close attention to detail is an ultimately important requirement in the Notary, Loan Signing and Real Estate businesses. My self-motivation, determination and expert decision-making capabilities have made me successful during my Federal Government and private-sector Information Technology careers. I leverage these strong traits in my Notary and Loan Closing business. I maintain a strong desire to control my own professional destiny and be my own boss, while providing top-quality service to current and future customers.
