Hello. I am Sharon Fisher Ahmad, owner of StellarSDF, LLC dba Stellar Notarial Services. I am commissioned in Prince George's County, but will travel to Anne Arundel, Montgomery, Charles, Howard, Calvert, Baltimore, and St. Mary's Counties. I will perform signings outside of traditional work hours, including weekends and holidays. Additionally, I will meet a signer at locations such as the local library, coffee shop or outdoors (weather permitting) if they prefer, especially during the Covid pandemic. I canl provide services to the elderly signer and with adequate COVID protocols in practice, go to nursing homes and hospitals.

Credentials and Training: I have been a commissioned Notary Public for the County of Prince George's in the State of Maryland for 7 years. I have a current Maryland State TIPIC License. I am NNA Signing Agent Certified, NNA background screened, Snapdocs Verified, E&O coverage of $100,000, and State of Maryland approved for RON. I have completed the Notary Public Certification program at Prince Georges County Community College. I have completed my bi-annual 16 hours of CE credits as required by the Maryland Insurance Administration.

Experience: To date, I have completed close to 1,000 signings of various types on behalf of several signing services and Title/Escrow companies. These include refinances, HELOCs, loan modifications, reverse mortgages, initial disclosures, buyers’ packages, sellers’ packages, FHA/VA/USDA, split closings and hybrid closings. I have been a preferred signing agent for 2 local escrow and title companies. I pursue continued education training in both General Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent disciplines, different types of loan documents and state specific notarization acts, and policies and procedures. I have a dual tray printer and mobile scanning capabilities.

I am a detailed, organized and customer service-oriented professional. When conducting a loan closing, I do my best to very quickly put the signer(s) at ease and establish a rapport, while still focusing on the business at hand. Signers have asked me after a closing who they can contact to share what a positive and easy experience they had. I will send documents back on time, completely signed and notarized. Scans/faxbacks are completed as instructed. I get the job done and will continue to expand my experience and professional relationships.

COVID-19: I wear a mask to every signing. I understand and share the concerns of clients, customers and myself, to be safe and protected during this health crisis. I take the pandemic seriously and employ an approach to ensure everyone's safety to prevent the risk of spreading COVID-19 as much as possible during all signings. I also have extra PPE and can supply masks, wipes and gloves as needed. Pens and clipboards are disinfected as needed.
