All documents shipped out on time. Borrower(s) copy (not double printed or emailed. Administration of Oath. Signers recorded. Respect for Signers culture. Notarizations performed in-person.
The best part about working with me is that I am fully open to perform signings outside of traditional working hours and weekends. I have no issues with meeting Signers at a location that is comfortable for them (Home, Library, Church)
I adhere to all guidelines in the Maryland Handbook for Notaries.
I adhere to the National Notary Association standard of Conduct.
I never force the signer to sign documents or provide legal advice.
I have no issues working with Seniors or individuals with disabilities.
